Returned Checks
$30.00 service charge will be charged on all returned checks.

Office Hours
Reservations, payment issues, and all general business should be conducted during our main office hours when our Business Administrator is present, Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 1:00pm .

Feeding
If you wish for your dog to be fed during it's time with us, just bring the food in a sealed container with your pet's first/last name written on it and the amount of food to be served at how many times per day. This will ensure that your dog's stomach is not upset by constant change of food types. Be sure to let us know what add-ins we may use to entice your dog to eat. All dogs will be fed in a non threatening and safe environment. Dogs will have continuous access to water during their entire stay inside and outside.

Holidays
We will be closed during certain holidays each year. Check with our Office Administrator for a list of those days.

Belongings
Please do not bring your dogs toys, blankets, or pillows to our facility. We will provide plenty for everyone to share and could not guarantee the condition of your own items.

Discipline
Although we do not currently offer obedience training, our staff will always be working with your dog to ensure positive behavior through positive reinforcement and standard training techniques that you probably use at your own home. This is necessary to ensure safety and fun of all dogs in a group. Our staff will keep a close eye on your dog for any changes in behavior and work with you to resolve the problem.
