Regular Hours: 24 hour care begins at the time of drop off (see arrival/pick up times below). Boarding stays must include an overnight stay, otherwise, please refer to daycare opportunities.

Days of Operation: Monday – Sunday

Window of Drop In order to ensure peaceful transitions throughout the day, dogs may only picked Off & Pick Up: up or dropped off at the following times.

AM: 7:00am – 9:00am
PM: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
EVE: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Reservations: We greatly appreciate your ability to make reservations 48 hours in advance. This helps us to ensure the proper amount of staff for the number of dogs expected at the facility each day. If you do not make a reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take your dog at the last minute, but we will do our best.

What to Bring: Leash, collar, and food in sealed and labeled container. Please write on the container the dogs first/last name and the amount of food to be given and the number of servings per day. Please feed your dog at home before dropping off.

Medications must be in original containers.

Daycare Try Out: Plan ahead! All new dogs must stay with us for at least ½ day of daycare to ensure compatability before he or she will be allowed to make a boarding appointment.

Extended Care Rates: You will be charged $12.00 per drop off time that your dog is with us beyond your scheduled time. For example, if you drop your dog off on Monday in the AM drop off window ( 7:00am – 9:00am ), then you must pick him up in that same window at the end of your boarding period. If your dog stays until the PM drop off window you will be charged $12.00 extra. If your dog stays until the EVE drop off window, you will be charged $24.00 extra.

Payment Terms: 25% deposit due when you make the reservation. (This is only refundable if cancellation received 48 hours prior to reservation.)

Balance due when you drop off your dog.

All fees are non-refundable.
