Service: As our schedule permits and for clients located within the city limits of Rockford, Loves Park , and Machesney Park we offer a pick up and drop off service. One of our staff will come to your home to pick up and drop off your dog in our company mini van.

Days of Operation: Monday – Friday

Arrival/Pick Up: In order to ensure peaceful transitions throughout the day, dogs may only be picked up or dropped off at the following times.

AM: 7:00am – 9:00am
PM: 12:00pm – 2:00pm
EVE: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Reservations: We greatly appreciate your ability to make reservations 48 hours in advance. This helps us to ensure the proper amount of staff for the number of dogs expected at the facility each day. If you do not make a reservation, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take your dog at the last minute, but we will do our best.

Keys: If you are a “regular” customer, you may wish to make arrangements for us to handle pick up and drop off while you are away from the house. You will need to provide us with two copies of your keys. If you are providing us with newly copied keys, please make sure you have tested them and they work. You, your dog, and our staff would feel very badly if your dog were to be left alone for an extended period of time due to the key not working. If you want us to pick up or drop off your key there will be a $10.00 charge for each trip.

Rates: You must purchase a Transportation Punch Pass to take advantage of our Transportation service.
