DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO OUR FACILITY if it has ANY sort of illness or issue which may cause problems or illness for other dogs. This may include fleas, ticks, warts, kennel cough, or any other problem that can spread.

If your dog displays any behavior which may put other dogs or staff in danger, your dog will be isolated immediately. We will then contact you or your emergency contact to come to the facility immediately. Sherri Ruston will discuss the situation with you and let you know if your dog will be allowed to return or not. It is our utmost concern that all dogs and staff remain safe and healthy at all times. One anxious or aggressive dog can cause problems to all others in the group.

If your dog is sick or displays odd behavior which would indicate sickness it will be isolated immediately and you or your emergency contact will be asked to pick it up immediately. If we cannot reach you, we will contact your veterinarian to see if they can assist. Either way, your dog will not be allowed to return to the facility until your veterinarian provides us with written documentation that the dog is completely healthy and cannot infect or harm any other dog in the facility.

If your dog dies while in our care, we will isolate the body immediately. You will be contacted to come and remove the body immediately. You may contact your vetrianarion for assistance.

We are fully insured, however we strongly suggest you check your own policy to make sure you have coverage just in case your dog should cause bodily injury to any other animal or person in the facility.
